Welding Engineer

We are looking for a welding engineer to strengthen our machine building team in Wuxi, China.


We build machines with a high degree of automation, particularly for the automotive industry.
Every day we work in a high-tech business with a wide variety of joining technologies
and their latest developments.

What are you going to do?
As a welding engineer you are involved in the projects from the beginning until the end. You advise Sales on the feasibility of machine design, support Engineering to ensure the welding quality, support the robot welders with the correct parameters and tune the process to reach the customer specific welding standards and requirements. In short; it's your job to ensure that the weld quality we promise to our customers will be realized.

What do we expect from you?
It is important that you have a passion for welding! Nevertheless, we expect our new colleague also
to have a broad interest in the entire process. You are also analytical, creative, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and you can work in a stressful situation, both independently as in a project team.
To communicate with our customers and to provide training, knowledge of the English language is essential. A bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably in Welding Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
