We design and build production systems for the automotive and metalworking industries where automated (laser) welding machines play a vital role. What will be your role?                                       

As a Hardware Engineer you will design the electrical switches. From a simple lamp to integrated computer systems. The machines built by AWL are often complex and you will be responsible for the electro technical functionality and for creating the electro technical designs. You will work closely with the Mechanical Engineering and Controls departments. You will form an important link in the machinery construction chain. That involves more than just the hardware.

What do we expect of you?

We think it is important that you have a passion for the Hardware Engineering profession. You also have to be inquisitive, have an open mind for new developments and no nine to five mentality. You have a degree in Electro technology and you speak different languages (English, German). Do you also have the necessary knowledge in the field of bus systems, safety, standards and controls? Then you are the colleague we are seeking!
