AWL-Techniek present at EuroBlech 2016

10 October 2016

Harderwijk, October 2016 – EuroBlech, the largest international sheet metal working technology exhibition, will take place in Hannover from 25-29 October. The Dutch company AWL-Techniek will be present with a booth focusing on laser welding, process integration and global partnership.

Laser welding is hot
An increasing number of AWL machines use laser welding as a jointing technique. On the one hand thanks to the great speed, on the other hand thanks to the cosmetic aspects for which post-processing is hardly needed. The application of laser welding on special materials, including aluminum, is a current theme. AWL has gained a lot of experience with this, which the company would like to discuss with visitors.

Flexibility in production
Recently, AWL developed and built various machines in which flexibility played a leading role. By combining new jointing techniques and various processes, including handling and logistics, it is possible to produce several product variations on one single machine, whereby the quality of the finished product and the realization of a high output continue to be guaranteed.

Expansion of global footprint
Besides branches in the Netherlands, Czech Republic, China and a strategic partnership with JR Automation in North America, the company is now focusing on Mexico. In particular, the automotive industry in Mexico is developing fast and in order to be able to supply local support to its customers there, it has been decided to open a local branch. This will increase the company's ability to be an even better global partner for its customers.

Would you like to learn more about developments at AWL and what the company can do for you? Then visit EuroBlech between 25-29 October. AWL can be found in hall 13, booth B148. A team of AWL professionals is at your service.
